Midway Project Report & Guide
From November 2023-January 2024, TOSS displayed a progress report on the mural project in the Morganton City Hall. The informational display shared insights on the three murals created in 2023, and the participatory process underwent to develop the works of art. The entire project, to be complete in the Spring of 2025 will include theh creation of 6 murals.
